Percy Chat has three plans. Every plan includes monthly credits that work across all models and features. There are no per-model add-ons and no overage fees.
What's in each plan
Credits are how usage is measured. See How credits work if that's new to you.
The most expensive models in the catalogue sit outside every plan and run on credits directly, which means they're available on any plan with a positive balance, including Free. See Model badges: Free, Credits, Pro and New.
Upgrading
Click Upgrade to Pro in your account menu, or go to Settings → Account and click Upgrade. Pick a plan, and checkout opens in a new tab. Your new allowance is available as soon as payment goes through.
You can also upgrade from anywhere the app prompts you, for example when opening the Image Gallery on a Free plan.
Changing or cancelling your plan
Everything after your first checkout happens in the billing portal:
Go to Settings → Account.
Click Manage Plan.
The portal opens in a new tab, where you can change plan, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Cancelling leaves your subscription active until the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep your plan's models and credits until then, and afterwards the account drops to Free.
Manage Plan only appears once you're on a paid plan. On the Free plan you'll see Upgrade instead.
When your plan renews
Settings → Account shows your renewal date, labelled Renews if the subscription is active or Expires if you've cancelled. Your credit allowance resets on that same date. On the Free plan, credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
Refunds and unused credits
Your monthly allowance doesn't carry over between periods. Credits you buy in a top-up pack never expire, but they aren't refundable, and they're forfeited if you delete your account. See Deleting your account and exporting your data.
Percy Chat doesn't charge overage fees. You'll never be billed more than your subscription price without buying something explicitly.
