Percy Chat gives you one subscription and access to every major AI model, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek and Meta, in a single app. Instead of paying for several chat subscriptions and switching between tabs, you pick the right model for each task and switch between them mid-conversation.

Creating your account

Percy Chat uses sign-in with an existing account. There is no password to create and no email confirmation step. On the sign-in page, choose one:

  • Continue with Google

  • Continue with Microsoft

  • Continue with GitHub

Signing in for the first time creates your account and drops you straight into a new chat.

What you get on the Free plan

You do not need to pay to use Percy Chat. A Free account includes:

  • 300 credits every month, which reset on the 1st

  • Access to the free and open-source models in the catalogue

  • Advanced thinking, web search and file uploads

  • Up to 3 projects

  • Unlimited chats and chat history

Credits are how Percy Chat measures usage. See How credits work. Some models cost nothing at all to run, so even at zero credits you can keep chatting.

Finding your way around

The sidebar on the left is your main navigation.

At the bottom of the sidebar is your account menu. Click your name to find:

  • Theme: system, light or dark

  • Account: your plan, billing and account deletion

  • Usage: your credit balance and billing period

  • Customize: tell the AI your name and how you want it to respond

  • Log out

You can collapse the sidebar with the toggle in the top-left of the header if you want more room to read.

Your first message

Type into the box at the bottom of the screen and press Enter. That is all there is to it. Percy Chat picks a sensible default model for you, and you can change it any time.

Is my data private?

Your conversations are stored securely and are only visible to you. Percy Chat does not use your data to train AI models, and you can delete any chat at any time. Chats become readable by other people only if you deliberately create a share link. See Sharing a chat with a link.
